Visit Compton Bay
Compton Bay is a beautiful unspoilt beach, perfect for those wanting to get away from the crowds and enjoy the natural coastal scenery.
This stretch of beach is a favourite with surfers, windsurfers and kite surfers. There are no shops or cafes, however there are toilet facilities. In order to reach the bay you need to find the car park near Shippards Chine and ‘Hanover Point’ just off the A3055.
Did you Know? This area attracts fossil hunters looking for the dinosaur foot prints seen at low tide.
