Visit Howdiemont Sands Beach
Howdiemont Sands Beach on the Northumberland Heritage Coast, is a great spot on a sunny day. It is sightly off the beaten track and there are no facilities here. Bring your own picnic and beach towels.
To get to the beach, drive down Crownlea Road and park in the dunes behind the beach.
Walk south and you get to rocky Loughton Steel, or to the next beach north, Sugar Sands.
