Visit Great Yarmouth North Beach
Great Yarmouth North Beach is a sandy beach just to the north of Great Yarmouth Britannia Pier on the Norfolk coast. Popular with walkers and nature lovers, the beach backed by grassy sand dunes, is quieter than neighbouring Central beach.
The promenade runs along the seafront, with cafes for refreshments and activity areas with tennis courts and bowling greens. There is a boardwalk onto the sand for easier access to the beach for visitors with pushchairs or limited mobility.
Perfect for dog walking with plenty of space to run around, head north along the beach looking out to Scroby Sands Wind Farm in the North Sea.
Along North Drive you will find paid parking, with facilities including disabled access to the beach and public toilets.
This beach is dog friendly all year round.
