Dawlish Warren is a popular sandy beach in Teignbridge, South Devon. A Blue Flag award-winning beach, there are excellent family friendly facilities available.

This beach is ideal for family holidays with lots to do at Dawlish Warren. Enjoy the beach, the water is clean and it is safe to swim. There are RNLI lifeguards on duty during the holidays. Attractions on the beach front, make for a fun day out for all ages, including Go – Karts, mini golf, Punch and Judy, seaside arcade and amusements.

Play a round of golf at the Warren Golf Course, or relax and enjoy the restaurants and pubs near by.

Dawlish Warren Nature Reserve is an area of grassland, sand dunes, mudflats and centres on a 1½ mile long sandspit. Well worth a visit if you are a nature lover, with excellent viewing for wading birds and wildfowl. Around the nature reserve all dogs must be kept on leads, no more than 2 metres in length, all year round.

Dogs are allowed all year round, on the beach to the right of the lifeguard tower (tidal beach) and between groyne 3 and 9 on the main beach.
