Visit Seaton Beach
Seaton Beach in Torpoint, Cornwall is between Looe and Downderry beaches. It is a family-friendly destination known for its scenic beauty and accessibility. The beach features a mix of grey pebbles and coarse sand. While it may not have the golden sands that some other beaches boast, it offers a unique charm with its surrounding natural beauty.
At low tide, a significant area of flat sand is exposed, allowing for walks along the foreshore towards Downderry and Looe. The beach is bordered by flat rocks that reveal rock pools, making it an engaging spot for children.
A large café, shop, and toilet facilities are available on the beachfront. There is also a children’s play park located on the green behind the beach.
Seaton Beach is a dog-friendly beach all year round, allowing pets to enjoy the sandy shores alongside their families.
