Cymyran Bay

Visit Cymyran Bay

Cymyran Bay is situated at the southern end of the Cymyran Strait, which separates Anglesey from Holy Island. The bay has a sandy beach and low sand dunes, making it a picturesque spot for visitors. The area is bordered by the village of Rhosneigr to the north and is part of a larger two-mile stretch of sand that extends along the coastline.

Located just behind Cymyran Bay, the RAF Valley is an active air base where training flights, including those of fighter jets, can be seen. While this may add some noise, many visitors enjoy watching the aircraft.
