Polgwidden Cove

Visit Polgwidden Cove

The beach at the end of the subtropical Trebah Gardens is Polgwidden Cove, sometimes referred to as Trebah beach. This southeast facing, shingle beach is privately owned but is open to the public.

The South West Coast Path runs right along the beach front here, and walkers can stop and enjoy the views. There are tables along the top of the beach.

Swimmers should take care not to go to far out as there are strong currents from the river Helford.

There is a slipway to launch boats here too.
