One of the top UK seaside destinations, famous Sandbanks is an award winning sandy beach and home to some of the UK’s most expensive real estate.
South facing Sandbanks beach is on the peninsula at the entrance of Poole Harbour and gets very busy during the summer months.
In 2012 Sandbanks beach received a special plaque for being the first beach to be awarded a Blue Flag status consistently for 25 years (since 1987).
