St Marys Bay just south of Dymchurch is a popular sandy beach with wooden groynes running along the seashore. The beach lies on the Dymchurch wall sea defences and the tide goes out over half a mile at low tide.

This wide open space is popular with visitors especially during the summer. Dog Friendly, but restricted from The Fairway to river outfall at the site of the Sands Motel
