Visit Leysdown Beach

Award winning Leysdown Beach is a traditional seaside resort on the Isle of Sheppey, with views over the Thames Estuary.

The beach is popular with families and the shallow waters are perfect for paddling and there are RNLI Lifeguards on duty during the summer. Leysdown has arcades and there are plenty of amenities and amusements, souvenir shops, takeaways, cafes and pubs.

Close to the beach is the ‘Spinny’, a grassy picnic and children’s play area, with landscaped gardens to enjoy.
