Visit Priory Bay Beach

Priory Bay is a lovely sand beach located on the eastern coast of the Isle of Wight near Nettlestone It is a picturesque sandy and pebbly beach that stretches for half a mile, bordered by rocks and surrounded by 7.5 acres of National Trust woodland known as Priory Woods.

To get to Priory Bay Beach, you need to walk from either Seagrove Bay or St Helens, as the beach is accessible only by footpaths from these points; it’s best to plan your visit around low tide to enjoy the sandy beach, which can be quite limited at high tide.

It a tranquil spot ideal for paddling and enjoying nature, although swimming is not recommended due to shallow waters and tidal variations.
