Visit Cowes East Beach
East Cowes Beach is a tidal beach, meaning the sandy/shingle area can disappear during high tide times. The beach runs along the Esplanade, which is a short distance from East Cowes town center. While East Cowes is a relatively small beach, its proximity to the town amenities and views of sailing activities in the Solent make it an attractive option, especially during the warmer spring and summer seasons.
Take a stroll along the Esplanade or explore the wooded area behind the beach for pleasant walks. You will also find a family-friendly adventure playground and paddling pool along the Esplanade.
A tranquil escape from the busier parts of the Isle of Wight, and a great place to relax and watch the sailing.
