The tiny Cumbrian Village of Ravenglass famous for being where the mountains of the Lake District National Park meet the sea. Walkers can enjoy the choice of footpaths, both The Cumbria Coastal Way and heading up towards the peaks of the Lake District.

There are activities for all the family, visitors can take a ride on the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway, or visit Muncaster Castle a little further inland.

Did you Know? The Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway opened on May 24th 1875, is known locally as “L’aal Ratty”.
