Flimby Beach

Visit Flimby Beach

Flimby Beach in Cumbria is not on the traditional tourist path because of its industrial backdrop, however it is a popular location for fishing, and a feeding place for waders.

Flimby has its own railway station and the line runs alongside the beach. You will have to walk along the road to cross over to the beach.

The beach is dog-friendly and there are fantastic ocean views to be had along the seafront walk. Looking out to sea to the east, the Flimby Wind Farm can been seen.
