Visit Broad Beach (Traeth Llydan)
Broad Beach or Traeth Llydan is located to the east of Rhosneigr village on the Anglesey coast. An unspoilt, natural beach backed by dunes.
There is a small stream that flows through the beach. It runs from Llyn Maelog, and divides the beach partway along. If you prefer to stay dry, there is a bridge across the stream located in the dunes, making it easy to access both sides of the beach without getting your feet wet.
Traeth Llydan is a popular spot for surfing, known for its consistent waves and beautiful scenery. The best times to surf here are during the winter and spring seasons, for optimal conditions.
The village of Rhosneigr is just a short walk away, offering plenty of facilities such as cafes, shops, and a pub. Or walk through the dunes to the Oyster Catcher restaurant.
Dogs are welcome on Traeth Llydan all year round, making it a great place for pet owners to enjoy a day out with their furry friends.
