Summerleaze Beach

Visit Summerleaze Beach

Summerleaze Beach on the Cornwall coast, is a popular sandy beach in Bude, within walking distance of the town centre. A firm family favourite with a row of beach huts backing the beach which opens up at low tide. There is plenty of space here and you can take a stroll along the sand to neighbouring Crooklets Beach.

There is a lovely natural tidal pool on the northern side of the beach which is backed by the Bude and North Cornwall Golf Club.

One of North Cornwall’s popular surfing beaches, there are local surf schools for lessons and equipment hire.

Did you Know? Dolphins can occasionally be spotted from Summerleaze beach.

Getting to the beach is easy as there is plenty of parking on the seafront and nearby.

Dogs allowed all year on Summerleaze Beach.
