Visit Milford Haven Beach
Milford Haven Beach is a small rocky beach in the town of Milford Haven in Pembrokeshire. The beach is situated next to the harbour and looks out on to the Milford Haven waterway. It is the largest natural harbour in Wales and one of the deepest natural harbours in the world.
Head down Slip Hill and it is possible to have a swim.
As well as kayaking, you can try paddleboarding, with rentals and guided tours available through the Milford Beach Activity Centre.
For the adventurous, coasteering combines swimming, rock climbing, and cliff jumping along the stunning coastline. The area is also popular for diving, featuring numerous dive sites rich in marine life.
The Milford Waterfront by the harbour is a vibrant hub with shops and restaurants, a good spot to unwind after a day of adventure.
