There is car park above the beach, but a bit of a steep path leading down to the sea shore. The beach is usually quiet but on a hot summers day can be busy with holidaymakers. It is safe for swimming however there are no lifeguards on duty.
Walkers can take the Ceredigion Heritage Coastal Path which winds its way along the cliff which backs the beach. The wildlife here is spectacular and looking out to sea you can often spot Bottlenose Dolphins, harbour porpoises and seals.
