Visit Pembrey Beach

Spend a day at award winning Pembrey beach (Cefn Sidan) in Carmarthenshire and enjoy miles of wide sandy beach. Backed by dunes within the Pembrey Country Park. Cefn Sidan, is the longest beach in Wales with over eight miles of sand to enjoy.

The beach is safe for bathing and there are lifeguards on duty from from 1st June to September 30th.

After winter storms, exposed shipwrecks can sometimes be seen at low tide.

Dogs restricted from May to September each year.
