Kingsand Beach next to Cawsand Beach is a lovely sandy beach popular with families on the Rame Peninsular South East Cornwall.
Kingsand and Cawsand are twin villages, rich in smuggling history and fishing history. The beach looks out across the Plymouth Sound. and at high tide the beach almost disappears completely.
If you plan to visit during the Mayday bank holiday you will see the traditional May Day festival and parade.
