Visit Beer Beach
Beer Beach on the South Devon coast, is a charming sheltered pebble cove, with great views and a relaxed atmosphere. Well worth a visit, if you are in the area.
The road leading down to the beach is very steep. When you get to the beach you will find Duckys cafe. Stop in and have a snack or an ice cream, take away or sit at the outside tables.
There are beach huts and deck chairs available for hire along the beach front as well as shops in the seaside village.
Hire a boat or take a guided boating trip and explore the coast by sea.
Walkers can take the South West Coast Path towards Seaton Beach.
There is a small car park by the beach, which can fill up quickly, and a larger public carpark in the village.

Beer Beach Dogs Policy
Dogs are welcome at Beer Beach, but seasonal restrictions apply.
The western section (Sea Hill to the western cliffs) is dog-free from 1 May to 30 September. The eastern section allows dogs all year, often off-lead when it’s quiet. Leads are needed briefly when passing the café area.
A firm favourite with local dog walkers, expect wagging tails year-round.
