Visit Weston-super-Mare Beach
The small village which became a popular Victorian seaside holiday destination in the 19th Century, Weston-super-Mare is now a long established seaside resort, packed with entertainment for the whole family.
Did you Know? Weston has the second highest tidal range in the world.
The traditional seaside resort has a wide sandy beach with seafront entertainment, pubs and restaurants and the famous Weston Donkeys. The Grand Pier, which was completely destroyed by fire in 2008 and re-opened to the public in October 2010, is the main attraction with world-class rides and attractions.
There is lots to see and do in Weston-super-Mare. Visit the seaquarium or try out the water sports available including kite surfing, jet skiing, windsurfing and sailing.
Weston-super-Mare Beach is dog friendly during the winter with Summer restrictions between Royal Sands and the Grand Pier from 1st May until 30th September.
