Visit Clevedon Beach

Clevedon beach is a popular seaside resort just north of Western Super Mare, offering great views across the Severn estuary towards Wales. The pebble beach is dominated by the traditional Victorian Pier, and the seafront and includes public gardens, a traditional bandstand, as well as a range of visitor attractions and amusements. Throughout the year the pier plays host to a range of events bringing locals and visitors alike.

Did you Know? Clevedon Pier opened on Easter Monday 1869, and in 2001, was given grade 1 listed building. it is the only Grade 1 listed pier in England.

Clevedon itself is a lovely Victorian seaside town with cafes and restaurants, independent stores and highstreet.

Clevedon Beach has specific regulations regarding dogs. While it is a beautiful location, dogs (except guide dogs) are not allowed on the main beach at any time. Visitors can enjoy the promenade with their dogs on a lead, but they should be aware of the beach restrictions when planning a visit.
