Visit Clevedon Beach
Clevedon beach is a popular seaside resort just north of Weston Super Mare, offering great views across the Severn estuary towards Wales. The pebble beach is dominated by the traditional Victorian Pier, and the seafront and includes public gardens, a traditional bandstand, as well as a range of visitor attractions and amusements. Throughout the year the pier plays host to a range of events bringing locals and visitors alike.
Did you Know? Clevedon Pier opened on Easter Monday 1869, and in 2001, was given grade 1 listed building. it is the only Grade 1 listed pier in England.
Clevedon itself is a lovely Victorian seaside town with cafes and restaurants, independent stores and highstreet.
Clevedon Beach has specific regulations regarding dogs. While it is a beautiful location, dogs (except guide dogs) are not allowed on the main beach at any time. Visitors can enjoy the promenade with their dogs on a lead, but they should be aware of the beach restrictions when planning a visit.

Clevendon Beach Dogs Policy
Dogs are banned year-round on the main pebble beach, except guide dogs.
They are allowed on the promenade but must be on a lead. Fines of £100 apply if rules are ignored.
Nearby off-lead walks like Poets Walk are perfect for sniffing adventures, and the clifftop strolls off-season are worth a wag or two.
