Visit Perranporth Beach
Perranporth Beach is a large three mile sandy stretch of beach with dunes behind, is a popular family destination, attracting surfers and sunbathers alike.
On the beach is the Watering Hole bar and restaurant with benches out on the sand and live music events held throughout the year. The venue is also ideal for beach weddings and private parties.
One of North Cornwall’s top Surfing beaches there are surf schools offering lessons and surf hire
Did you know? Poldark author Winston Graham used to live in Perranporth and the novels are based on the area
The beach gets very busy in the Summer holidays and there are plenty of places to stay in the village. Overlooking the beach is the family-run Ponsmere Hotel.
This beach is dog friendly all year but must be kept on leads in July and August.
