Visit Holywell Bay

Holywell Bay near Newquay on the North Cornwall coast is a favourite beach with both families and surfers. The huge sandy beach is backed by sand dunes with plenty of space to play. For the inquisitive, there is a cave which can be reached at low tide at the north end of the beach.

RNLI Lifeguards are on duty at Holywell Bay beach from May until the end of September.

Golfers can enjoy a round with ocean views at the Holywell Bay Golf Club with two scenic 18-hole courses.

There are surf schools offering lessons to all age groups.

Did you Know? If you are lucky you might catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming in the bay.

Holywell Bay is a dog-friendly beach and dogs are allowed all year round.
