Monmouth Beach

Visit Monmouth Beach

Monmouth Beach is just to the West of Lyme Regis and the famous Cobb Harbour running towards Pinhay Bay.

This pebble beach area is part of the Jurassic Coast. Keep walking down the beach and you will find the ammonite pavement at Chippel Bay.

Did you Know? The beach is named after The Duke of Monmouth, who landed there with his troops in 1865.

There is a carpark right on the seafront, and beach huts available for hire making it an ideal location for families.
