Visit Worthing Beach
Worthing Beach, in the large seaside town in West Sussex, on the South East coast of England. Worthing has a stoney, pebbly beach and when the tide is out a sandy beach is exposed.
The seafront has a five mile award winning promenade with the famous Worthing palm trees along the promenade.
Worthing Beach is family friendly with plenty of traditional seaside entertainment. There is Worthing Pier to explore and amusements at Worthing Lido.
Did you Know? The area around Worthing has been populated for at least 6,000 years and contains Britain’s greatest concentration of Stone Age flint mines, which are some of the earliest mines in Europe.
