Thurstaston Beach on the Merseyside coast is close to West Kirby and very popular with families during the summer holidays.

Walking the Wirral Circular Walk

From here you can easily explore the Wirral Country Park, or hike the Wirral Circular Walk and take in the stunning scenery.

As you head to the northern side of the beach you will come to the Dee Sailing Club along Station Road. There is also parking here.

West Kirby Station

If you are driving or taking the train from West Kirby, follow the A540 and turn off onto Station Road. There is also a bus along this route.
