Penmaenmawr beach sits between the mountains and the sea with stunning views of Llandudno’s Great Orme and the Menai Straits, and is perfectly positioned for stunning mountain and coastal walks.

Visitors can enjoy a large sandy beach at low tide, with a promenade with a cafe, amusement arcade, beach chalets, and children’s paddling pool and play area. Water sports enthusiasts can visit the local sailing club for sailing, windsurfing, and canoeing.

Dog friendly, but restricted from 1st May and 30th September from the east side of the cafe to the sailing club slipway
