Tunstall Beach

Visit Tunstall Beach

Tunstall beach on the East Riding coast, is a popular spot for holidaymakers during the summer time. The beach is sandy and rocky in parts, and swimming can be dangerous here.

This part of the Holderness coastline has a lot of erosion, but walkers can enjoy the trails in the area. Behind the beach is the popular holiday park Sands le Mere.

The beach is famous for being the first point of the Prime Meridian in the UK. You will find the marker on the clifftop. Walkers can take the Greenwich Meridian Trail, which starts at nearby Sand le Mere holiday village.
