An award winning sand and shingle beach, Hornsea is ideal for a family day out at the seaside. The long promenade backs the beach with attractions and events for all ages.

In the summer beach goers flock the the beach which is safe for bathing and has RNLI Lifeguards on patrol during peak season.

Dogs are banned from the central section of the beach during the Summer months. Dogs are allowed on the north and south sections of the beach all year around (and along the seafront itself).
