Visit Winthorpe Beach
Just north of Skegness, Winthorpe beach is a wide sandy stretch of coastline with a seafront promenade perfect for long walks. The beach is backed by a promenade which you can follow all the way up to Ingoldmells.
There is parking right by the beach on Winthorpe Avenue, as well as a cafes with outdoor seating and beach front ice cream shop. For kids entertainment, the amusement arcade is just next door. Ideal for daytrippers or families staying in the caravan parks nearby.
To the south side of the beach is the North Shore Golf Club, where the promenade ends.
For holiday accommodation there are popular family friendly holiday and caravan parks backing the beach.

Taking a trip to the beach. Get there by train or car. The nearest train station is Skegness, which is a 10 minute drive down the A52 to Winthorpe. There is also a bus route from the station to Winthorpe Avenue.
