Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve covers three miles of coast from Skegness to The Wash.

The coastal habitats here include sandy and muddy seashore, sand dunes, saltmarsh and freshwater marsh with ponds and lagoons. The reserve is recognised internationally for its important habitats and species.

Did you Know? The Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust’s Observatory at Gibraltar Point was opened in April 1949, one of the earliest in Britain
