Visit Porth Nanven
Porth Nanven, (also known as Cot Valley Beach or Dinosaur Egg Beach), is a dramatic location with unusual smooth bolders scattered over the beach. This is a beautiful part of the Cornwall coast and great for hiking.
The only way to get to the beach is to follow the footpaths.
It is a haven for seabirds and offers stunning views of the surrounding cliffs and the Atlantic Ocean. At low tide, a small sandy area is exposed. While it is safe for swimming, visitors should exercise caution due to the natural conditions and lack of lifeguard services.
Looking out to sea, there are two off-shore rock formations known as The Brisons.
Keep walking along and you will reach another small cove called Progo Beach. If the tide is out you can see the arch formed in the rock.
