Crosby Beach

Visit Crosby Beach

Crosby beach stretches around 3 miles North from the industrial area of Seaforth Dock.
The beach is backed by a promenade, where you can see the famous ‘Another Place’ sculpture by Antony Gormley.

Another Place Sculptures

As you walk along the beach you can see 100 cast-iron, life-size figures spread out along three kilometres of the foreshore, stretching almost one kilometre out to sea.

Sit on the beach or the grass lawns, enjoy the boating lake or take one of the walks in the area.

The Sefton Coastal Path starts at this part of the coast and a section of the national cycle path network runs the length of the Park.

RNLI Lifeguards are present all year, but Crosby beach is not a bathing beach and does not have a patrolled bathing area.
