Poole’s annual charity celebration of its famous pirate son Harry Paye

Organised by the Pirates of Poole & supported by Poole Tourism, the pirate funday gets underway from 12noon-6pm.

12noon – Pirate Parade along Poole Quay
1pm – Children’s pirate fancy dress competition judging
cannon & musket displays
live music
tall ship
belly dancing
children’s rides
face painting
Aunt Sally & teddy bear stalls

Sample the finest grog along the quay’s traditional, pubs, bars & restaurants & listen to a salty sea shanty or two with live music from local bands.

STS Tenacious will be berthed on the Quay 19-21 June as part of the event.

This year Paye Day is helping to raise money for Poole RNLI Lifeboat Station, Forest Holme Hospice & Victoria School.

Sponsored by Coles Miller Solicitors & Jenkins Marine, the event is part of Poole’s Wave 105 Summertime in the South events.
