Visit Hest Bank Beach
Hest Bank is a wide sandy beach just north of Morecambe on the Lancashire coast.The beach is backed by a grassy area with wooden benches dotted along the seafront.
Each year the Cross Bay Challenge starts here, a race across Morecambe Bay raising money for charity.
The sands at Morecambe Bay during low tide can be dangerous, guided cross bay walks are recommended.
