Beaumaris Beach

Visit Beaumaris Beach

Beaumaris (meaning – beau mareys – beautiful marsh) beach along the Menai straights is a great place for boat trips and picturesque views. Visits to Puffin Island can be taken from here.

Take a stroll on the seafront and along the pier.

Did you Know? Beaumaris Castle which dominates the shore, was built by Edward I and was begun in 1295, but was never completed. Beaumaris has been designated as a World Heritage site, and is one of the finest examples of medieval military architecture.
